Agricultural Technician/Auditor

农业技术员/审核员

Missions

Supervise and guarantee food safety and traceability of strawberry production in accordance with international food safety standard, provide technical support to increase production volume.

Detailed tasks

-        Monitor new farms and guarantee they fully meets Chaucer Foods requirement.

-        Help growers improving their farm to reach our company standard, including good hygiene habits and reliable traceability. 

-          Provide relative training in farms.

-        Deliver technical growing advice to growers, help them achieving good yield under safe condition.

-        Provide weekly and monthly written reports in English.

-          Travel areas: mainly in Shandong, Jiangsu, Liaoning or Hebei.

Quality required

-        Agronomic Bachelor degree or above.

-          3 years or above experience in farm management

-        Global GAP knowledge appreciated

-          Strong will, independent, meticulous, good self organization, good adaptation skill and hard working. Like travelling.

-        Good communication skill, patient

-        English speaking and writing

-        Computer skills: Excel, Word, Internet

-          Be adapt to travelling.
