The position:? 负责工厂所有设备和设施的维护维修工作，保证设备的正常运行, 并做好记录;Responsible for maintenance of all equipments and facilities in LYF, ensure the normal running of equipment, and make records properly.? 制定公司设备、设施的保养、维修和维护计划并监督实施；Make equipment maintenance and repairing plan and monitor its implementation.? 对设备配品、备件进行合理性管理;Reasonably manage the equipment spare parts.? 负责对原有设备改进并对生产工艺的改进提出建设性意见建议;Responsible for improvement for current existing equipment and propose constructivesuggestion to the improvement of production technology.? 对设备故障进行全面分析，提出合理化改进建议, 降低故障率和费用;Full analysis of equipment failure, propose reasonable constructive suggestion to reduce troublerate and cost.? 保证水、电、气系统的正常运行，做好水、电使用数量的记录，按时缴费;Ensure water, electricity and gas system running well; make record of water and electricity, to arrange payments in due course.? 使用SAP系统，做好费用结算;Use SAP system, make settlement of expenses.? 对现场设备维修操作人员进行监控，保证设备正常使用;Monitor the site equipment maintenance workers to ensure facilities running in normal status.? 制定并实施对新工人的设备安全操作培训;Make and implement equipment safety operation training of new workers.? 制定并实施对维修人员的技能培训;Make and implement skills training of maintenance worker.? 负责工厂安全生产、消防工作;Responsible for safety production and fire control work.? 做好工厂经理安排的其他工作.Other works assigned by Factory Manager.The Person- 机电一体化或相关专业大专以上学历；College or above degree in Mechatronics or related subject.- 5年以上食品企业设备维修经验。Minimum five years equipment maintenance experiences in a food enterprise.- 良好的机器和电器维护技能。Good skills in Maintenance for both machine and electricity.- 熟悉金属检测设备、传动设备、除湿和除尘设备和其它通用设备的性能。Adequate knowledge of the property for metal detect facilities, transmission device, dehumidifier, particle remover and other general instrument.- 了解ISO9000的相关要求.Good understanding of the related requirement of ISO9000.- 熟悉安全生产和消防安全相关规定。Sufficient knowledge of related provisions for production safety and fire prevention safety.- 有电工证或熟悉PLC编程，AutoCAD制图;Has electrician certificate, familiar with PLC programming, AutoCAD drawing. - 良好的沟通和协调能力，有一定的英语水平。Good communication and coordination skills，fair English level.All applicants should forward their Resume in English and Chinese with covering letter to HR Dept Ms. Sally Zhang to Email address: sally.zhang@chaucerfoodsqd.com
